As art in The Bahamas becomes more visually challenging, with more experimentations in digital and sculptural mediums artists are asking for more and more engagement from the viewer. With this in mind please join Popopstudios Center for the Visual Arts on Wednesday November 19th at 7pm for an evening of aesthetic scanning with simple techniques to assist in the engagement of contemprary art.

New PCVA Artist-In-Residence

Popopstudios Center for the Visual Arts is pleased to announce Danny Sangra as its fourth Artist-In-Residence for 2008. Danny is a graduate of the University of the Arts London and lives and works in London. He will be be at Popopstudios from November 1st to December 27th.

Highlights from the opening of SUGAR last Friday. This was quite possibly the biggest turnout we've ever had Popop.

SUGAR is an ambitious mixed media exhibition which runs untl November 30th.
